• *Responsibilities**:
• Creating, optimizing, and managing product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and the company’s own online store.
• Ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO keywords to maximize visibility.
• Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the purchasing department to ensure timely restocking.
• Tracking inventory movements and updating the e-commerce platforms accordingly.
• Coordinating with the fulfillment team or external partners (warehouses, couriers) to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Assisting with planning and executing promotional activities, including discounts, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.
• Update e-commerce platforms with promotional banners and other marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and suggest improvements based on research findings.
• Assist in writing product descriptions, blog posts, or social media updates to engage customers.
• Ensure the accuracy and attractiveness of all online content to drive sales.
• *Minimum Requirements**:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Amazon Seller Centra.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, analytics software, and advertising platforms.
• Attention to detail for listing accuracy and compliance.
• Solution and detail driven in a fast pace, dynamic work environment.
• *Prefer to Have**:
• 1-2 years of experience in Amazon or other marketplace operations.
• Fluent in Mandarin.
