At DoctorLogic we help our doctors succeed by improving their online potential with innovative technology solutions. The Technical SEO Manager is a key member of the Product & Technology team and is responsible for driving SEO performance for our Enterprise and SMB customers' websites.

We are looking for an energetic, driven, self-starter who has a bias towards action. In this highly visible and influential role, you will define, implement, and measure a wide array of technical SEO projects aimed at helping our doctors find and convert new patients.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own the definition and execution of the technical SEO roadmap for our multi-tenant website platform
• Proactively identify opportunities for traffic growth, including site structure improvements, new page features, schema enhancements, internal linking strategy, crawlability, and mobile optimization
• Identify and assess emerging SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates to stay current with industry developments. Succinctly communicate notable updates to inform and educate.
• Create and monitor platform-wide SEO performance metrics. Generate and distribute monthly reporting summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, content creators) to integrate SEO best practices into our platform and resolve technical issues that may impact a website's visibility
• Manage third-party vendor tools and services (link building, keyword tracking)
• Train and mentor team members on SEO best practices and techniques
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring To The Team

• 5+ years in a technical SEO role with a proven track record of driving organic growth and improving key performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required
• Advanced skill set across all SEO functions with demonstrated expertise in technical SEO and SEO analytics
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, client-centric environment (ex. digital agency, multi-tenant website platform)
• Expert-level knowledge of diverse web and SEO analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and other rich media technologies
• Data-driven decision maker with excellent analytical capabilities. You translate data into action.
• Systems thinker with a strong intuition on priorities and trade-offs
• Prior experience working with agile web development process and technologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external audiences
