Digital Turbine is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for North America to drive market engagement across priority accounts and industry communities.

This role will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Content teams to develop regionally relevant programs that strengthen customer relationships and accelerate commercial impact.

The Regional Marketing Manager will define the regional event strategy, support strategic account initiatives, and ensure North American market opportunities are effectively captured through coordinated marketing efforts.

About YOU as the Regional Marketing Manager

Regional Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute regional marketing programs aligned with sales priorities and strategic accounts.

Translate global messaging and content into regionally relevant campaigns and engagement strategies.

Identify opportunities to deepen DT’s presence in key North American markets and industry communities.

Strategic Account Marketing

Partner with Sales and Partnerships teams to support strategic account engagement.

Develop tailored content, events, and marketing touchpoints that strengthen key customer relationships.

Coordinate with Product Marketing to ensure messaging aligns with customer priorities.

Events & Industry Presence

Define the North America regional event strategy, including industry events, hosted experiences, and smaller strategic gatherings.

Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to execute regional programs effectively.

Ensure events drive meaningful engagement and measurable outcomes.

Content & Communications

Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams to create regionally relevant materials and thought leadership.

Work with PR to identify and support regional media opportunities and speaking engagements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as the primary marketing partner to North American sales leadership.

Coordinate across marketing functions to ensure regional programs are well supported and aligned with broader GTM priorities.

About YOU as the Regional Marketing Manager

5+ years in B2B marketing, field marketing, or regional marketing

Experience working closely with sales teams in strategic account or enterprise environments

Strong experience planning and executing industry events and regional marketing programs

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content, PR, and partnerships teams

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ideal Candidate is highly collaborative, commercially minded, and comfortable operating at the intersection of marketing and sales. They are equally comfortable shaping strategy and executing programs that deepen customer relationships and drive market visibility.

At Digital Turbine, we are committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. The salary range for this position is $115,000-$140,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package (including equity, unlimited PTO and performance based bonus).
