About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Vice President of Brand and Acquisition Marketing to spearhead initiatives for our newest brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to craft engaging marketing strategies that resonate with diverse customer bases. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Gain in-depth insights into our brand's core customers.
  • Develop a compelling brand persona that aligns with the needs of these customers.
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to boost revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention both online and offline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to effectively distribute brand content.
  • Oversee campaign management and ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Utilize A/B testing to refine marketing strategies and maximize effectiveness.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, directing resources where they will have the most impact.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to synchronize marketing efforts with product development and demand planning.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 5 years on the brand side. Strong knowledge of SEM, affiliate marketing, paid social, display, and video marketing is essential. Experience with direct-response e-commerce campaigns and familiarity with offline channels such as radio, TV, and print are also crucial.

Leadership skills, a firm grasp of marketing analytics, and a proven ability to lead small teams are must-haves for this role. Excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment are vital. A background in executing diverse marketing strategies and a solid understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics will set you apart.
