Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a balance of creative thinking and analytical rigor, with ownership over campaign performance, positioning, and go-to-market execution.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate business objectives into measurable marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Define target audiences, refine brand positioning, and create compelling value propositions
  • Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning processes

Integrated Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms (social media, email, paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, events, partnerships)
  • Ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Oversee content calendars and promotional timelines

Performance & Analytics

  • Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for all campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and report on metrics including lead generation, CAC, conversion rates, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights

Budget & Resource Management

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize efficiency and impact
  • Allocate resources strategically to drive high-performing initiatives
  • Evaluate vendor and agency performance

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue and product goals
  • Support product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage and mentor marketing team members (if applicable)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth and campaign performance
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, marketing automation systems)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a marketing budget
  • Leadership or team management experience
