We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a balance of creative thinking and analytical rigor, with ownership over campaign performance, positioning, and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Define target audiences, refine brand positioning, and create compelling value propositions
- Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning processes
Integrated Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms (social media, email, paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, events, partnerships)
- Ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Oversee content calendars and promotional timelines
Performance & Analytics
- Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks for all campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report on metrics including lead generation, CAC, conversion rates, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize efficiency and impact
- Allocate resources strategically to drive high-performing initiatives
- Evaluate vendor and agency performance
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue and product goals
- Support product launches and go-to-market strategies
- Manage and mentor marketing team members (if applicable)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth and campaign performance
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, marketing automation systems)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a marketing budget
