Job Description

We are seeking an SEO Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and implementing changes to websites to optimize them for search engines. You will work closely with our content and development teams to drive organic traffic and improve our search engine rankings.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
• Analyze website performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor and report on SEO metrics, such as traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Assist in developing and executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, including metadata, headers, images, and more, for search engines.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes.
• Develop and manage link-building strategies.
• Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all content.
• Prepare regular reports on SEO performance and present findings to the management team.

Must Have skills

• 1-2 years of experience in SEO or a related role.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the software development or consulting industry.
• Understanding of content marketing and social media strategies.
