User Experience (UX) Designer - Digital Channels and Analytics
CitiCiti is seeking an experienced, motivated, and creative User Experience (UX) Designer to join our Digital Channels and Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital experiences to enable customers to meet their financial goals.The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced UX Designer with a strong interest in customer experience and an eye for detail. They should be able to think strategically and creatively to create intuitive, efficient, and delightful user experiences. They should also possess an understanding of emerging technologies and trends in digital experience design.Required qualifications include:• 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on digital channels and analytics• Bachelor’s degree in UX design, interaction design, visual design, or a related field• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills• Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and teams• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure, Invision, and other design toolsIf you are a creative, analytical thinker with a passion for creating cutting-edge digital experiences, we want to hear from you!
