Santa Fe Springs, CA (In-Office Only) | Starting at $25/hour (Based on Experience) | Full-Time

We are looking for a marketplace specialist who understands how to build and scale product listings across Walmart, Home Depot, Wayfair, Kohl’s, Overstock, Target, and Lowe’s in a strategic, profitable way.

This is not a listing upload only position.

This is a business-focused role responsible for strengthening our marketplace presence, improving competitive positioning, and driving profitable growth.

You should understand how product pages convert, how marketplaces rank products, how competitors gain advantage, and how pricing, content, reviews, and advertising all work together to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end product listing creation and optimization across multiple marketplaces
• Marketplace positioning strategy (titles, content structure, feature communication, keyword targeting, merchandising)
• Competitive research and opportunity analysis
• Revenue growth through improved content, pricing strategy, bundling, and positioning
• Launch execution for new SKUs
• Performance analysis and ongoing listing refinement
• Alignment with sales, inventory, and product teams

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ year hands-on experience managing online marketplaces (required)
• Experience building and optimizing listings that increased revenue or conversions
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics (search ranking, reviews, pricing, margins)
• Ability to analyze competitors and identify strategic advantages
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Experience using research tools like Helium 10 or similar
• Thinks like a business operator, not just a task executor
• Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented
