The role combines web development, Search Engine Optimization, content creation, marketing strategy, social media and internal communications. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our online presence is technically sound, optimized, and aligned with the company’s goals, messaging, and values.Key Responsibilities:Website Development & ManagementOptimize the company website in WordPress using Elementor Website Builder.Manage all web-related activities, including on-page SEO, blogging, and routine updates.Ensure site performance, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and functionality across platforms.Maintain a high standard of UX/UI and brand consistency throughout the site.Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Lead and implement best-in-class SEO strategies to ensure high visibility and ranking in organic search results.Conduct keyword research, optimize content and site structure, manage metadata, and regularly review performance analytics.Stay current with Google algorithm changes and evolving industry SEO practices.Content Creation & Marketing CommunicationsDevelop and support marketing plans with both short- and long-term goals based on analytics, insights, and past performance.Create and edit photos and videos to be used as marketing collateral.Write and publish high-quality content for newsletters, blogs, advertisements, technical articles, and award submissions.Plan, schedule, and post to social media channels while tracking engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to create relevant, targeted content that supports business development and brand awareness.Oversee the design, content, and imagery of marketing collateral.Additional Responsibilities:Manage and maintain marketing and sales contact databases to ensure accuracy and usability.Utilize website forms, landing pages, and social media platforms to drive and track new business leads.Develop and distribute marketing-related email and direct mail campaigns for prospects, customers, sales reps, and internal teams.Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments for improvement.Ensure leads are segmented, targeted, and aligned with broader marketing initiatives.Assist other departments with presentations, forms, documents, displays, banners, notices, etc.Provide technical assistance and offer improvement solutions using MS Office and other software related tools.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or a related role.Strong expertise in WordPress and Elementor (required).Deep understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Yoast).Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong visual eye for marketing design and consistency.High level capability with MS Office and other software.·Experience in the manufacturing field is preferred but not required.MedicalVisionLife InsuranceShort-Term DisabilityPretax Health CareOpportunities for free flu shotsCPR/First Aid Instruction401K PlanOpportunities for annual incentives based on company performance.Time Off:Generous PTO PlanPaid HolidaysBereavement TimeOpportunity to work a 4-day weekProfessional & Personal Growth:Educational Assistance ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramCompany Sponsored OutingsAccess to a Fitness RoomFamily & Life:New Baby GiftHigh School Graduation GiftCollege Scholarship FundThe expected base compensation for this role is $55,000-$70,000 annually. Actual base compensation will vary based on a variety of factors relevant to the position.
