Lead Channel Merchant - NA Soccer (Hybrid)

Location: Beaverton, OregonJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $28 - 32 per hourWe're seeking a consumer-led Lead Channel Merchant to help drive the Soccer business across North America. This is an exciting opportunity to influence product assortment strategies across wholesale and Direct channels while partnering with Sales, Planning, and Brand teams to bring compelling seasonal narratives to life.Responsibilities:

Build consumer-centric, channel-specific assortment plans for Soccer across North America.

Translate product strategies into actionable assortments by channel and tier.

Manage multiple seasons concurrently, using in-market performance and bookings to inform future decisions.

Leverage retail and digital metrics (sell-through, margin, inventory productivity, weeks of supply, bookings) to guide strategy.

Equip Sales and marketplace partners with clear assortments, tools, and storytelling that drive confident sell-in.

Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, Planning, Brand, Finance, and Insights teams.

Contribute to key Go-To-Market and account meetings with compelling presentations and clear priorities.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Footwear, Apparel, Equipment, or relevant consumer product merchandising/retail.

Strong command of retail and digital performance metrics.

Experience translating consumer insights and marketplace trends into actionable channel strategies.

Confidence presenting to internal and external stakeholders.

A solution-oriented mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Strong collaboration skills within a matrixed organization.

Advanced Excel skills (reporting & analysis).

Experience with assortment planning tools.

Familiarity with merchandising software or internal systems (if applicable).

Background in multi-brand, vertical, wholesale, or digital environments.
