Marketing Technology Product Lead

The Marketing Technology Product Lead will spearhead the optimization and advancement of Bausch + Lomb’s marketing technology ecosystem, enhancing digital marketing efforts across Consumer and other business units. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and practical execution, ensuring our MarTech capabilities deliver impactful results through data-driven strategies, efficient distribution, innovative design, and robust measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive MarTech strategy aligned with business goals to enhance measurement, distribution, decision-making, design, and data capabilities.
- Own and continuously evolve the MarTech product roadmap, prioritizing features that boost digital marketing effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Lead Agile MarTech operations, including backlog management, sprint planning, collaboration across teams, and ongoing improvement.
- Implement and improve tools for marketing performance analytics, including MMM and Google Analytics.
- Oversee the integration and management of distribution platforms for Email/SMS, Social, and Web communications.
- Develop and enhance decision-making engines, customer scoring models, and offer management systems.
- Promote user-centric design for campaign assets by utilizing digital asset management and workflow tools, supporting efficient production processes.
- Lead initiatives for data onboarding, integration, consent management, and audience management for effective customer engagement.
- Establish standards for data hygiene, governance, and naming conventions to ensure accurate reporting and segmentation.
- Facilitate the integration of external media and commerce platforms to ensure seamless data flow and unified measurement across all channels.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, commercial teams, and agencies to align and integrate MarTech initiatives effectively.
- Manage relationships with key MarTech vendors and platforms, ensuring optimal performance.
- Encourage the adoption of AI technologies across the consumer journey to enhance personalization, efficiency, and overall campaign success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing technology, product ownership, or digital marketing roles.
- Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing MarTech solutions.
- Expertise in at least three of the following areas: Measurement, Distribution, Decisioning, Design, or Data.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with relevant platforms such as SFMC, Data Cloud, Optimizely, or Google Analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a matrix environment, building connections across functional groups and influencing stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe, and experience managing marketing backlogs and team metrics.
- Adept at coordinating and managing multiple projects with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proven business judgment and financial acumen.

For positions requiring disclosure of compensation, the starting salary for this role ranges from $175,000.00 to $215,000.00, with actual compensation depending on a variety of factors.
U.S.-based employees may qualify for short-term and/or long-term incentives, as well as participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, tuition reimbursement for select degrees, and wellness benefits.
