Full Stack Marketer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Marketer at our Cambridge, Ontario location. The Full Stack Marketer will develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, track and analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize strategies. Key responsibilities include managing SEO/SEM efforts, social media marketing, email campaigns, and contributing to web content creation. The individual will also be responsible for competitive analysis, brand building, and generating leads to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
• Experience in email marketing, social media management, and digital advertising
• Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and reporting
• Ability to design and implement creative marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with graphic design tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing sectors is an asset
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects
