About the Opportunity

• Job Title: Digital Printing Specialist
• Pay Rate Range: $21.00-$26.00/hour
• Location: Golden Valley, MN
• Schedule: 3rd Shift Monday-Thursday 5:30PM-3AM
• Position Type: Direct Hire

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in printing is a plus.
• Willingness to be on your feet for most of the day.
• Strong verbal, visual, and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable operating and fine-tuning machines.
• Being bi-lingual in Spanish is a definite plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail (grammar, spelling, etc.) is essential.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and print orders in the digital department with a strong focus on quality.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating an understanding of various print processes.
• Read and interpret job tickets accurately.
• Prep and print digital orders efficiently.
• Prioritize orders based on the job queue.
• Coordinate activities with other departments.
• Conduct quality control checks.
• Locate products and supplies within the warehouse.
• Troubleshoot any machine issues that arise.
• Participate in some assembly and packing of orders.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to accurately distinguish colors are required.
