Must Haves

The person should have experience working with projects in Marketing or the Business, not just IT related.

Someone who possesses a business acumen will do well in this position.

There is also an importance of having someone with the experience managing (writing from scratch in a blank word document, updating requirements, and delivering) business and some technical requirements between the business and technical developers.

This person will work directly with Market Research analysts and Marketing Database developers, so they have to be able to self-manage to a project timeline, ability to gather requirements and track it in Excel.

This person should also be able to gathering requirements from stakeholders, have the ability to ask questions to understand overarching concepts to minuscule details.

Their requirements should be clear and concise.
