Aura & Opal Co. is expanding across Canada and we're looking for a driven, self-invested Leadership Development & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team.

What This Role Involves

• Executing digital marketing activity across key online platforms using proven systems
• Engaging with and qualifying inbound leads through a structured, results-driven process
• Immersing yourself in world-class personal development and leadership education as a core part of the role
• Conducting professional phone and video consultations as part of a clear framework
• Building and managing your own daily activity plan — you set the pace
• Staying ahead of evolving digital tools, platforms, and marketing trends
