E-Commerce Operations Specialist
aetrex, inc.The E-commerce Operations Specialist plays a vital role in managing the daily digital commerce activities for Aetrex across Aetrex.com and other digital channels. This position focuses on maintaining accurate product information, coordinating promotions, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
This role is perfect for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at collaborating with marketing, merchandising, deployment, and other teams.
Key Responsibilities
Site & Merchandising Operations
- Oversee product setup, updates, and merchandising on Shopify.
- Ensure all product data, including descriptions, pricing, images, and tags, is accurate and up-to-date.
- Execute product launches and promotions effectively and timely.
- Conduct quality assurance on website updates across Product Detail Pages (PDPs), Product Listing Pages (PLPs), and landing pages.
- Monitor website functionality and report any bugs or issues promptly.
Lifecycle Marketing Support (Klaviyo)
- Build and schedule engaging email campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Create and manage automated email flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase follow-ups, and reorder prompts.
- Implement effective segmentation logic and targeted campaign strategies.
- Ensure email quality assurance across various devices prior to launch.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align on email creative and messaging.
- Track and report on basic email performance metrics, including open and click rates, and revenue attribution.
(Important framing: execution and maintenance focus, not lifecycle strategy ownership.)
Promotions & Campaign Support
- Coordinate site-wide promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Support the implementation of discount codes, bundles, and promotional pricing strategies.
- Assist with updates to the homepage and merchandising strategies.
- Work closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign execution and timing.
Product Feed & Marketplace Support
- Assist in maintaining product feeds for platforms like Google Merchant Center and other marketplaces.
- Troubleshoot product listing issues across different sales channels.
- Ensure consistency of product availability and pricing across all platforms.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams.
- Support the documentation of e-commerce processes and workflows.
- Assist with reporting and performance tracking initiatives.
- Help maintain internal knowledge bases and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
