Digital Advertising Strategist (Meta & Google Ads)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta & Google Ads and possibly other platforms, such as LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into action
  • Improve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate
  • Lead strategic direction for ad creative, messaging, and landing pages
  • Monitor campaign health and proactively identify scaling opportunities
  • Present strategy and performance insights clearly to internal team members
  • Attend virtual meetings during U.S. business hours (8am–5pm CT)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct, hands-on campaign management (not just oversight)
  • 3+ years of experience with Meta and Google Ads
  • Proven experience managing $10K–$100K+ monthly budgets
  • Proven experience coordinating with teams to achieve account success
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, tracking, and reporting
  • Ability to interpret Data Studio or Ads Manager reports and extract actionable insights
  • Experience with both B2B and D2C accounts
  • U.S. residency required (Texas preferred but not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

  • Experience with GoHighLevel
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT / OpenAI GPT tools
  • Multi-account agency experience
  • Landing page & creative strategy input
  • Product margin analysis experience
