Digital Advertising Strategist (Meta & Google Ads)
AdSquadResponsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta & Google Ads and possibly other platforms, such as LinkedIn and TikTok
- Analyze performance data and turn insights into action
- Improve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate
- Lead strategic direction for ad creative, messaging, and landing pages
- Monitor campaign health and proactively identify scaling opportunities
- Present strategy and performance insights clearly to internal team members
- Attend virtual meetings during U.S. business hours (8am–5pm CT)
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on campaign management (not just oversight)
- 3+ years of experience with Meta and Google Ads
- Proven experience managing $10K–$100K+ monthly budgets
- Proven experience coordinating with teams to achieve account success
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, tracking, and reporting
- Ability to interpret Data Studio or Ads Manager reports and extract actionable insights
- Experience with both B2B and D2C accounts
- U.S. residency required (Texas preferred but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Familiarity with ChatGPT / OpenAI GPT tools
- Multi-account agency experience
- Landing page & creative strategy input
- Product margin analysis experience
