Your Role

As the Lead SAP Marketing Development, you will spearhead the development and execution of demand generation campaigns focused on Navisite's SAP solutions. You will align these efforts with our go-to-market strategy and partner network, working closely with the sales team, product marketing, digital marketing, and external agencies to create integrated marketing initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and evaluate demand generation campaigns across various channels, including email, webinars, events, content syndication, social media, and paid media.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the SAP sales team and marketing partners to refine campaign messaging, targeting, and strategies.
  • Oversee the SAP demand generation budget and assess campaign performance, return on investment, and its contribution to sales growth.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Employ marketing automation and CRM tools to execute, track, and report on campaigns effectively.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key SAP partners and influencers to co-create and collaboratively promote campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in SAP marketing and demand generation.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be necessary based on business and client needs.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation within the technology services sector.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working within the SAP partner ecosystem, with the ability to manage key relationships effectively.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end campaign execution, encompassing strategy, execution, and analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years). Associates degree requires at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud services, market dynamics, and the technology ecosystem.
  • Successful history of planning and executing campaigns that effectively drive sales growth.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools like Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and a creative thinker.
