The Role
This is a senior, client-facing position responsible for shaping and leading digital strategy across a diverse portfolio. The successful candidate will connect data, creativity, and technology to drive full-funnel performance—from acquisition through to conversion and retention. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this individual will guide strategic direction across paid media, SEO, content, and analytics, while confidently presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. A proactive mindset and the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable plans are essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Analyse performance data to inform decisions and optimise campaigns.
- Oversee paid media, SEO, and content initiatives as a unified approach.
- Evaluate and improve website conversion and user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with sales and CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong senior-level stakeholder relationships.
- Present strategic recommendations and performance insights with clarity.
- Leverage emerging tools, including AI, to enhance efficiency and outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
- Proven strength in both paid media and SEO strategy.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and conversion optimisation.
- Experience working with analytics platforms and CRM.systems.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate it effectively.
- Confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflows and results.
