Key Responsibilities

Develop and champion a multi-year global strategy for SEO and AEO / GEO

Maximize inclusion in AI Overviews and secure citations in AI-generated answers

Lead the organic search strategy for the migration to Webflow, ensuring technical governance

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in building and scaling organic growth programs at B2B companies

Expertise in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and understanding of LLMs

Mastery of technical SEO, including Schema and JSON-LD

Experience with AI visibility tracking tools and standard SEO tools

Proven ability to align with cross-functional teams across the organization
