Digital Product Management Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Digital Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for product groups aligning with company objectives and customer needs

Manage a team of product managers or lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals

Coordinate roadmaps across teams and ensure prioritization of initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 9 years of practical experience in lieu of a degree

5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role

Proven track record in managing digital product development from ideation to launch

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in an agile environment

Experience managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives in technology-driven organizations
