Digital Marketing – Real Estate

This is a full-time freelance opportunity for a Digital Marketing professional to support a real estate brand’s online growth. The role is fully remote and based in Canada, focusing on planning and executing digital campaigns, managing social media, and optimizing content strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to drive measurable results and support lead generation initiatives. Collaboration with internal teams and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position.

Deliverables

• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads platforms
• Manage and grow social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement
• Develop and implement content strategies for short-form video and other digital formats
• Collaborate on email marketing and lead generation initiatives using tools such as HubSpot and Mailchimp
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices relevant to the real estate sector

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in a freelance or agency setting
• Proven track record managing paid and organic campaigns across multiple platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and Mailchimp
• Excellent communication skills in English; French language skills are a plus
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Based in Canada and available for full-time remote work
