River Bank Marketing is currently hiring for Customer Service Associates to support our growing partnership with Nu Vision Auto Glass.

This is an entry-level position focused on customer support and claims coordination, helping individuals navigate their auto glass insurance process and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

No prior experience is required—paid training is provided.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist customers with initiating and completing auto glass insurance claims
• Provide accurate information regarding services, timelines, and next steps
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
• Conduct basic vehicle assessments to identify visible glass damage
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and updates
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
