We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to spearhead pipeline growth and market expansion within the PJM region (U.S. Energy Market). This is a high-visibility role where you will bridge the gap between marketing and sales, designing account-based strategies to engage large-scale commercial and industrial energy users.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Campaign Execution: Develop and launch multi-channel demand gen strategies (email, paid media, LinkedIn, webinars) specifically tailored to the PJM region.
- ABM Leadership: Partner with the Sales team to identify, prioritize, and penetrate key accounts using a sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) framework.
- Funnel Optimization: Build and manage automated lead nurturing programs that move prospects through the funnel, ensuring messaging is aligned with the specific buyer's journey.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into PJM-specific segments—including industrial and institutional users—to ensure our value proposition resonates with regional pain points.
- Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on ROI. We value data-driven decisions; you’ll be responsible for optimizing campaigns based on lead quality and conversion metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage regional industry events to ensure a cohesive brand presence in the energy sector.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have 5+ years in B2B Demand Generation or Lead Gen.
- Market Savvy: You understand the U.S. energy landscape (PJM experience is a significant competitive advantage).
- Tech-Fluent: You are hands-on with CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Marketing Automation platforms.
- Analytical: You don't just "run ads"; you interpret data to find the "why" behind the numbers.
- Agile: You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift based on market regulations or sales needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing multi-channel digital strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Asset: Experience in Energy, Utilities, or highly regulated industrial sectors.
