Growth & Marketing Lead

NDGO is a technical consulting startup founded by students. We replace disconnected workflows with elegant, custom-built digital tools, from client portals to complex automations (Check out our work at ndgo.ca).
We’ve built the engine, now we need a Growth Lead to help us drive it. We are looking for an ambitious business student who wants to own the marketing and outreach strategy for a technical agency from the ground up.
Role Description
This is a dual-threat role combining Strategic Marketing and B2B Sales. You aren't just an intern; you are the voice of the company.
Social Strategy: Build and manage NDGO’s LinkedIn and Instagram presence to showcase our case studies and build brand authority.
B2B Outreach: Identify and qualify potential clients (SMBs, startups, and agencies) who are struggling with manual admin and fragmented systems.
Brand Storytelling: Work directly with the CEO to translate technical engineering builds into compelling business value for clients.
Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from first contact to closing the deal.

This is a 100% commission-based role designed for students who want a high reward, low risk side hustle, that could turn into something big!
Generous Profit Share: You receive a percentage of every contract you close.
Uncapped Upside: Since we build high value custom systems, single deals can result in significant payouts.
Total Flexibility: No set hours. Work when you want, where you want. We scale based on your availability and schedule.
Resume Gold: You will leave this role with the title of "Founding Lead" and a portfolio of real revenue growth you can point to in future interviews.
Who You Are?
A current Business, Communications, or Marketing student!
Scrappy & Self-Directed: You don’t need a manager to tell you to make a post or send an email.
Tech-Fluent: You can understand what a "client portal" or "workflow automation" is and explain it to a non-technical business owner.
Entrepreneurial: You’d rather help build a company than just "work" for one.
