The eCommerce Manager is responsible for driving channel growth, pricing strategy, inventory lifecycle management, and client performance across all eCommerce platforms. This role supports revenue growth, margin optimization, and inventory recovery while managing a high-performing team and collaborating cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Client Solutions, Finance, and Operations.

This position balances strategic planning with strong operational execution and team leadership.

Education/ Experience

  • 5-7+ years of progressive eCommerce experience.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketplace environments with a minimum GMV of $30M to $60M+ a year.
  • Background in pricing strategy and inventory lifecycle management.

Skills and Ability : List required and preferred skills in order of importance, starting with must‑have skills and followed by preferred or “plus” skills.

  • Proven team leadership or mentorship experience.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Work Conditions/ Physical Demands

  • This position is performed in a remote, home office location.

Travel

  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or business needs (up to 10%).

Pay & Benefits

Compensation is determined by various factors such as location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal and external equity and organizational needs. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

The salary range for this position is $100,600 to $125,700 annually. The posted range reflects our national average range for the job. We may ultimately pay more or less than the published range based on the factors mentioned above. This range may be modified in the future.

  • Support the development and execution of a multi‑channel eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and inventory recovery across D2C and marketplace platforms.
  • Develop and execute structured pricing frameworks (high/low thresholds). Define acceptable pricing ranges by inventory age and lifecycle stage. Align pricing strategy with marketing calendar and promotional events. Execute markdown cadence and recovery programs for aged inventory. Ensure pricing decisions balance margin protection with sell-through velocity.
  • Manage inventory allocation across channels to maximize revenue and recovery. Execute aging mitigation strategies. Track recovery goals by age bucket, category and client. Monitor inventory performance and adjust channel strategy as needed. Partner with Operations to align inventory flow with channel demand.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients. Develop performance-driven solutions aligned with client objectives. Provide reporting, insights, and growth recommendations. Partner with Client Solutions to implement scalable programs. Identify incremental revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high‑performing eCommerce team with clear KPIs, accountability standards, and succession planning.
  • Support channel budgets, forecasting, and financial performance. Monitor ROI on marketing and promotional investments. Track margin performance and recommend adjustments to meet targets. Provide performance reporting to leadership.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with IT, Marketing, Finance, Client Solutions, and Operations to drive system enhancements, automation, and scalable growth initiatives.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • People Manager: This position has direct supervisory responsibility for one or more employees, including performance management, coaching, development, and day‑to‑day oversight of work activities.
