Market & Brand Strategy Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Market & Brand Strategy Specialist to join our Corporate team in Dublin, Ohio. This role will focus on developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to showcase JBS accurately. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent marketing skills, and a passion for teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement the marketing efforts for a particular brand.
• Ensure marketing materials position the brand for high visibility and awareness with customers, partners, trade associations, outside vendors, and media audiences.
• Conduct research and analysis of the organization's brand and competitor brands.
• Prepare competitive analysis, pricing strategies, channel, and market penetration strategies, as well as marketing communications, including branding and go-to-market plans for products, including release communications.
• Career-development professional within field. Requires moderate skill set and proficiency in discipline.
• Conducts work assignments of increasing complexity, under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2+ years of relevant experience.
