The Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Brand Builder to own and execute Invictus’ digital brand engine end to end. This role blends content creation, community building, and athlete ambassador activation into one cohesive system.

You will be responsible for shaping how Invictus shows up online, how our athlete ambassadors are activated and supported, and how those efforts translate into brand growth and acquisition. This is a builder role with real ownership, not a narrow execution role.

What You Will Own

  • End to end digital content strategy and execution across Invictus channels
  • Creation of short form video, graphics, and brand storytelling content
  • Day to day operation and evolution of the Invictus athlete ambassador program
  • Onboarding, briefing, and activating athletes around launches and campaigns
  • Ongoing communication and relationship management with ambassadors
  • Community engagement across Invictus owned platforms
  • Digital acquisition efforts, including experimentation with automation and AI tools
  • Collaboration with founders on brand voice, campaigns, and partnerships

  • A consistent, recognizable Invictus brand voice across platforms
  • Athlete ambassadors who are active, aligned, and proud to represent the brand
  • Content that feels authentic to athletes while still driving growth
  • Measurable increases in engagement, reach, and conversion over time

Who You Are

  • Strong video editing and graphic design skills
  • Comfortable working with athletes and creators
  • Clear communicator who can manage multiple relationships at once
  • Able to balance creativity with structure and follow through
  • Interested in sports, performance culture, or athlete driven brands
  • Collegiate sports experience is an asset to this role

  • Compensation and structure can be flexible if ideal candidate is still a competing athlete. To be discussed during the interview process.
