Chopped Leaf is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate growth in two key areas: catering sales and franchise development. This role is responsible for building and executing digital strategies that generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and support system-wide expansion. The ideal candidate combines performance marketing expertise with strong analytical skills and a growth mindset, using data-driven insights to convert online traffic into catering customers and future franchisees.

Digital Growth

Strategy**

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive catering sales and franchise development leads.
  • Set clear growth targets and KPIs aligned with brand expansion goals.
  • *2. Lead Generation & Paid Media
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to generate qualified catering inquiries and franchise prospects.
  • Build and manage landing pages and conversion funnels to maximize lead capture.
  • *3. SEO & Website Optimization
  • Implement SEO strategies (technical and content) to improve visibility for catering and franchise search terms.
  • Optimize website performance, usability, and conversion rates.
  • *4. Content & Email Marketing
  • Develop and manage content supporting catering promotions and franchise recruitment (blogs, social posts, newsletters).
  • Execute segmented email campaigns to nurture catering clients and franchise leads.
  • *5. Analytics & Performance Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • *6. Market & Competitive Insights
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities in catering and franchising.
  • *Qualifications & Experience
  • *Digital Marketing Manager – Catering & Franchise Growth
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated success in lead generation and performance marketing.
  • Experience developing and leading multi-channel digital strategies (paid search, paid social, SEO, email, display).
  • Proven track record of driving qualified leads and improving cost per acquisition.
  • Strong expertise in digital analytics (Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM reporting) with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing media spend for maximum ROI.
  • Familiarity with franchise development marketing and/or multi-location restaurant brands is an asset.
  • Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, or cross-functional partners.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize initiatives aligned to revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence reporting results to senior leadership.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are an asset.

  • Catering leads increase consistently month-over-month, with improved conversion rates and lower cost per lead.
  • Franchise development pipeline grows with a steady flow of qualified prospects.
  • Paid media strategy delivers measurable ROI and meets or exceeds lead generation targets.
  • SEO improvements drive increased organic traffic for catering and franchise-related search terms.
  • Email marketing and nurture flows contribute to stronger lead progression and engagement metrics.
  • Clear dashboards and reporting frameworks are established, giving leadership visibility into performance and growth impact.
