Our client, a forward-thinking media and PR agency, is looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online marketing efforts. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a creative thinker with a data-driven approach and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI. Oversee social media strategy and content calendar, fostering community engagement and brand advocacy. Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics to identify insights and opportunities for improvement. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and automation. Create and curate engaging content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve. Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Track, report, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting. Experience in the media or PR industry is a plus. Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
