Location: Phoenix, AZ (Trademark Headquarters) – Requires travel for regional projects

Position Summary

The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for capturing, documenting, and managing regular content across key platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok. This role collaborates closely with the Trademark marketing team to support monthly initiatives, internal and external events, and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly structured, results-driven, and skilled at projecting a cohesive brand identity across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for Instagram and TikTok for leadership review.

· Media Capture: Handle on-site video, photo, and drone capture, including daily tracking of work-in-progress on the production floor.

· Remote Coordination: Coordinate and schedule photography, video, and drone assets for remote projects outside of the Phoenix area.

· Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw photo, video, and drone footage into high-quality, platform-ready marketing assets.

· Reporting & Analytics: Provide monthly social media performance reports to track growth, engagement, and reach.

· Event Support: Assist the marketing team with charity initiatives, internal culture events, external client appreciation gatherings, and other corporate events.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Qualifications:

· Location: Must live within a commutable distance of Trademark's Phoenix, AZ office.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

· Experience: 1–3 years of professional marketing and/or social media management experience.

· Project Management: Proven ability to establish timelines, communicate clearly, and consistently meet deadlines.

· Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, high self-motivation, and dependability.

Technical & Preferred Skills:

· Media Production: Strong proficiency in professional photography, videography, and drone operation.

· Editing Software: High proficiency in industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, CapCut).

· Copywriting: Experience writing engaging, platform-specific captions and marketing copy.

· Content Quality & Consistency: Timely execution of the approved social media calendar and high engagement metrics.

· Production Value: High-quality visual standards for all captured photography, drone footage, and video assets.
