We are seeking a talented marketer passionate for the live entertainment business. The Coordinator, Arena Marketing is well-organized, creative, innovative and a strong communicator. The Coordinator, Arena Marketing supports multi-channel marketing and promotional plans to engage fans while drawing attention to Mortgage Matchup Center concerts and events.

We are seeking a talented marketer passionate for the live entertainment business. The Coordinator, Arena Marketing is well-organized, creative, innovative and a strong communicator. The Coordinator, Arena Marketing supports multi-channel marketing and promotional plans to engage fans while drawing attention to Mortgage Matchup Center concerts and events.
Your Role on the Team
- Oversee creative traffic for digital signage rotations on event days including marquee, LED ribbon boards, digital concourse display, pavilion, and others as needed
- Manage promotion of concerts/events through a variety of platforms, including Suns & Mercury games, flyer distribution, special features, and more
- In collaboration with the arena marketing team, lead the development of grassroots initiatives for select concerts and events
- Assist with event day/night responsibilities as needed, which may include auditing promotional graphic and signage, managing on-site promotions, and other third-party vendors
- Creates post-event and added value recaps for each event
- Assists with the team with Monday.com requests to drive campaign fulfillment
- Supports arena marketing team in updating the venue website through the content management system
- Supports arena marketing team by seeking creative ways to engage fans, artists, and promoters
- Other duties as assigned by the arena marketing team
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role. Experience in live entertainment is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Must possess strong organization skills, self-motivated and creative
- Ability to work between multiple projects simultaneously and works well under pressure
- Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
- Monday.com experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed
