Partner with the best As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing strategy and program execution across the US and Canada Public Sector. You will bridge local Public Sector sales leadership with global marketing teams to build brand awareness, drive net-new pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth through both direct sales initiatives and strategic indirect partner channels.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

Aligning with sales leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies across target public sector audiences

Designing and executing multi-channel demand generation programs that generate qualified leads and sales pipeline

Collaborating with direct sales teams and channel partners to develop and execute joint marketing programs

Connecting regional sales needs with global marketing and product teams to drive alignment and execution

Partnering with sales teams to improve lead conversion, funnel velocity, and pipeline performance

Monitoring pipeline metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to optimize marketing investments

Managing marketing budgets and allocating resources toward high-impact programs and initiatives
