We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead organic search strategy across a diverse client portfolio. This is a hands-on opportunity for a strategic, curious problem-solver who understands both traditional SEO and the evolving landscape of AI-driven search.

You will own initiatives that improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered experiences, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other emerging platforms. You will diagnose performance changes, test hypotheses, and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end organic search strategy across technical SEO, on-page optimization, content, and authority building.
• Develop GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility in AI-generated search experiences.
• Manage technical SEO priorities, including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site health.
• Shape keyword, topic, and content strategies based on search intent and business goals.
• Build authority through digital PR, link strategy, and trusted-source signals.
• Measure and report on organic traffic, rankings, AI visibility and citations, conversions, and pipeline impact.
• Monitor algorithm updates and search-industry changes, adapting strategy proactively.
• Partner with content, creative, paid media, and account teams to deliver integrated marketing programs.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience; agency experience is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and authority building.
• Experience with, or strong interest in, GEO and AI-driven search.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using GA4, Google Search Console, and tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.
• A proactive, highly curious approach to diagnosing and solving complex search-performance challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain strategy and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities.
