The Opportunity

As our Marketing Operations Coordinator, you’ll orchestrate the logistics, analytics, and systems behind our marketing initiatives. From managing seminar operations to analyzing lead performance and optimizing funnels, you’ll ensure our strategies are efficient and effective. You’ll collaborate closely with our Content & Client Relations Teams to translate data insights into actionable improvements, directly contributing to our growth in Cincinnati and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Seminar Operations: Manage logistics for retirement and Medicare seminars, including venue selection, advisor scheduling, and preparation of materials.
Funnel Management: Build and optimize marketing funnels, integrating tools to enhance lead flow and performance.
Lead Analytics: Track and analyze lead metrics (e.g., registrations, attendance, lead quality) across seminars, websites, referrals, and partnerships to identify cross-sales opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Monitor advisor performance (e.g., interested card collection, appointment/close rates) and implement best practices to improve client acquisition.
Results Assessment: Evaluate campaign outcomes and digital performance (e.g., SEO, website analytics); recommend strategic shifts, like pivoting from underperforming seminars or proposing satellite offices.
