Our client, a leading healthcare marketing agency, is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join their remote team. Reporting to the Paid Search Director, you'll manage paid search campaigns, build out attribution models, and optimize local SEO strategies across a portfolio of healthcare clients. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, excel at tracking performance across channels, and bring strong PPC, SEO, and analytics experience to the table. [REMOTE] Performance Marketing Specialist (Agency exp req) Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google and Bing Ads campaigns for healthcare clients
- Build and analyze GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM-integrated attribution models
- Conduct keyword audits, prune negative keywords, and track ROAS & CPL
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking for forms, calls, and CRM uploads
- Create dashboards integrating Google Ads, GA4, CallRail, and CRM data
- Execute local SEO strategies and GBP optimization for multi-location clients
- Collaborate with SEO/content teams to support technical and on-page SEO
- Support paid social campaigns and manage Meta Pixel tracking
- Run A/B tests to improve ad performance and conversion rates
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate offline conversion tracking

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of PPC & SEO digital marketing experience in an agency environment required
- Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Tag Manager experience required
- Call tracking tools (e.g., CallRail, Invoca) experience required
- Familiarity with offline conversion tracking workflows required
- Strong GA4 and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio) experience required
- Understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization required
