STUDIO VASI is hiring for a Part time Front Desk / Social Media Coordinator at our location in Strongsville, Ohio!

Our Strongsville location is looking for a motivated individual to fill the the role of Front Desk/Social Media Coordinator. The primary role is to drive the salon's profitability, manage social media platforms, ensure guest satisfaction, and generate an enthusiastic and professional environment.
Qualifications include
- Must know how to create content for social platforms (Instagram,Facebook, and Tick Tock) and also know how to work with planning content on Hootsuite
- Effective ability to coach, lead, and inspire others.
- Strong business management skills (e.g. goal setting, reporting, inventory management, scheduling, etc.)
- Ability to lead by example.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Professional appearance and presence.
- Flexible schedule.
Job brief
- We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our salon. You will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.
- Candidate will require strong sales background to meet weekly retail goals.
- Candidate will also require Social Media experience: Especially planning and creating content for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok on a daily basis. 5 Wall posts per week / 5 - 10 stories per day
Responsibilities
- Organize all salon operations
- Supervise and guide team towards maximum performance
- Prepare tickets and processing payments through point-of-sale system
- Answer phones and manage appointments
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- Resolve customer disputes to maintain the salon’s reputation
- Regularly inspect all areas of the salon and report all concerns to ownership
- Ensure the salon meets all health and safety standards
- Maintain clean and safe work environment, including taking out trash, wiping down counters, dusting retail shelves, ensuring stylist stations are clean and ready for guests, checking and cleaning bathroom throughout the day.
- Knowledge of best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Excellent sales skills
- Social media planning and marketing ( Must be able to create and schedule posts for the month and execute a plan.
- Also must be able to work with stylists to capture and create content
