Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives and drive growth through digital channels. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our online presence, optimize conversion rates, and maximize revenue through effective e-commerce practices. We are looking for this person to be also client facing and can develop deep relationships with our partners & clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage SEM campaigns to increase website traffic and drive conversions.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts to promote products and engage with customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to online sales, including traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Optimize website content using HTML5, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
  • Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Expierence with selling channels such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay etc.

Experience

  • Proven track record in E-commerce management with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in utilizing Google Analytics or similar tools to track performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong people skills and developing strong relationships with clients.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
