As our CMO, you'll be the brainiac behind marketing strategies, flexing your creative muscles, and using data to work some serious magic. You'll team up with our senior leadership crew to map out the future of our brand, all while steering an amazing marketing team that is obsessed with creating jaw-dropping customer experiences.

...and here is where it gets really fun...Retail. Expansion. You'll get to break into new markets, take our brand from digital screens to real-world shelves, and make sure we are everywhere our customers are. From digital domination to physical retail presence, you'll be the person to make sure our brand in unmissable!

What You’ll Do

Lead & Execute Marketing Strategy:Drive the overall domestic and international marketing strategy, with a focus on scaling e-commerce sales, brand growth, customer loyalty, and successfully penetrating retail markets.

Retail Expansion Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive retail marketing strategy, identifying key opportunities for brand placement in brick-and-mortar stores. Work alongside the President, CEO , and retail partners to ensure brand visibility, marketing alignment, and impactful in-store experiences.

Digital Marketing Excellence:Optimize campaigns across PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships to maximize performance and ROI.

Brand Development:Develop and refine the company’s brand voice, messaging, and positioning to differentiate us in the competitive supplement space.

Customer-Centric Focus:Build strategies that enhance customer retention and lifetime value while ensuring an exceptional overall experience.

Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

Performance Metrics:Utilize data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Budget Oversight:Manage the marketing budget to ensure resources are efficiently allocated for maximum impact.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of senior marketing experience in e-commerce or the supplement industry.

Expertise in digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, email, etc.) with a proven track record of driving growth.

Proven experience in retail marketing and expanding a brand’s presence across brick-and-mortar stores or retail partnerships.

Strong leadership skills and experience managing and scaling marketing teams.

Data-driven with the ability to leverage analytics to optimize campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of the supplement industry and consumer behavior trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
