We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing efforts, driving brand awareness and sales growth.Role OverviewAs the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, working closely with our external ad agency and internal teams. Your focus will be on customer acquisition, brand building, and revenue growth through digital and traditional marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.Align marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring a strong brand presence and customer engagement.Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, adjusting strategies for optimal performance.Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.Branding & Content MarketingEnsure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms.Oversee content creation and collaborate with our social media content creator to develop engaging, on-brand content.Optimize website content, email campaigns, and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.Digital Marketing & Performance AnalysisWork with our external ad agency to optimize paid social, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns.Track customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other key metrics.Implement and refine email marketing strategies for better organic reach.Customer Engagement & CRMDevelop and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated sequences for abandoned carts, promotions, and customer retention.Experiment with SMS marketing and other direct communication methods to enhance engagement.Analyze customer insights and purchase behavior to personalize marketing efforts.Partnerships & Influencer MarketingIdentify and manage relationships with influencers, wedding planners, and industry partners to expand brand reach.Collaborate with PR and sponsorship opportunities to increase brand exposure.Qualifications & ExperienceThree to five years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising, and email marketing.Experience working with Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo (or other email platforms), and social media tools.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make strategic recommendations.Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple campaigns.Strong communication and leadership skills, able to work cross-functionally.Passion for branding, content marketing, and customer engagement.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience in direct-to-consumer fashion, luxury goods, or wedding-related industries.Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.Knowledge of influencer and affiliate marketing programs.Why Join Us?Work in a growing, creative, and collaborative environment.Be part of an exciting industry helping brides find their dream dress.Opportunities for professional growth and leadership.
