Email Marketing Manager
VMA GroupPrivate Equity backed organsiation with ambitious growth plans is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of email as a strategic lead generation and nurture channel.
Ideally from a consumer focused business, this is for an expert in customer journeys, lifecycle marketing and audience engagement. You'll design and optimise sophisticated email programmes that guide prospects through long-consideration decision-making processes, ensuring they receive the right message at the right time. End to end creative content, segmentation, subject lines and testing.
Hybrid working – 3 days on site and 2 from home.
The Role
As Email Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising email nurture strategies that drive engagement, lead generation and conversion.
Working closely with marketing, content, paid media and operational teams, you'll create highly targeted and compliant email journeys that improve audience engagement and maximise conversion opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
Highly organised and process-driven email marketing professional who enjoys creating automated customer journeys that deliver measurable results. Able to write content, creative design and manage segmentation, testing and improve.
- Demonstrate experience in Email Marketing, CRM Marketing or Marketing Automation gained in a consumer focused role
- Proven experience building and managing automated nurture journeys.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalisation and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience managing email compliance, consent and data governance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on campaign performance and optimisation.
- Experience conducting A/B testing and applying insights to improve engagement and conversion
