Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to help manage and grow our clients' digital presence.

This role is a mix of digital marketing, content planning, research and team coordination. You'll work closely with the founder, designers and the digital marketing team to create better ideas, improve client pages and ensure projects are completed on time.

We're looking for someone who enjoys researching, planning and finding new ways to help clients grow online.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze competitor pages and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Research trends, ideas and content relevant to different industries.
• Plan content for client social media pages.
• Suggest ways to improve client engagement and overall page performance.
• Support proposal preparation through research and idea generation.
• Coordinate with designers, motion designers and the digital marketing team.
• Assign and follow up on tasks when required.
• Support and guide junior team members.
• Ensure monthly client work is completed on time.
• Work closely with management to achieve client goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or a related field.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and social media trends.
• Strong research and content planning skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Organized, responsible and proactive.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, ChatGPT, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage.
