About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage end-to-end seller operations across major GCC and global e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Noon, and Temu. In this role, you will be responsible for catalog optimization, listing compliance, inventory forecasting, pricing strategies, and advertising campaigns for our portfolio of smartphones and consumer electronics accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Catalog Management & Listing: Create, optimize, and upload compliant product listings across Amazon Seller Central, Noon Partner Lab, and Temu Seller Center. Ensure accurate title syntax, bullet points, backend search terms, high-resolution lifestyle images, and technical specifications.
• Account Health & Policy Compliance: Monitor seller metrics (ODR, cancellation rates, on-time shipment) and stay strictly aligned with marketplace intellectual property (IP), brand authorization, and listing quality standards.
• Fulfillment & Stock Operations: Coordinate fulfillment models (FBN, FBA, cross-dock, direct-to-consumer) to maintain healthy stock turnover, prevent out-of-stock penalties, and prepare shipment plans.
• Pricing & Buy Box Strategy: Monitor competitor pricing, execute automated repricing rules, and optimize margins across daily sales cycles and mega-campaigns (Yellow Friday, White Friday, Prime Day, seasonal sales).
• PPC & Advertising: Manage and optimize on-platform paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Products/Brands, Noon Onsite Advertising, Temu promotional bids) to lower ACOS and boost organic ranking.
• Performance Reporting: Track weekly and monthly marketplace KPIs, sales revenue, return rates, and customer reviews to provide actionable growth insights.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing seller accounts specifically on Amazon, Noon, and Temu.
• Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with consumer electronics, smartphones, chargers, audio gear, cables, and protective accessories.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with bulk flat-file uploads, catalog templates, variation structuring (size/color/model), and basic graphic adjustments for marketplace image specifications.
• Data-Driven: Competence in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data formulas) for margin calculations and stock forecasting.
• Communication: Professional fluency in English (Arabic or Chinese is a plus for regional platforms and supply chain coordination).
