The role offers the opportunity to work closely with a growing international brand across e-commerce, retail, distribution, and digital marketing channels.

Role Description We are seeking Marketing & Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling Savannah Soul Fruits products through direct, field-based sales activities across the UAE.

This is a highly active role requiring regular travel and direct interaction with retailers, pharmacies, supermarkets, health stores, distributors, nutrition professionals, and end customers. The successful candidate will represent the company professionally, develop new business opportunities, and help expand product distribution across the UAE.

Key responsibilities include:

• Visit retailers, pharmacies, supermarkets, health stores, distributors, and potential business customers across the UAE.
• Introduce Savannah Soul Fruits products and clearly explain their ingredients, nutritional value, and product benefits.
• Generate new sales opportunities and develop long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and other business partners.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, sampling, and promotional activities.
• Identify new outlets and opportunities for expanding product distribution and market coverage.
• Follow up with existing customers and ensure continuous product movement and repeat orders.
• Collect market feedback and monitor customer preferences, competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
• Represent Savannah Soul Fruits at exhibitions, trade events, promotional activities, and business meetings.
• Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, sales activities, and achieved results.
• Work toward agreed sales and distribution targets and actively contribute to the company's growth across the UAE.
• Develop strong product knowledge and confidently communicate with customers regarding nutrition, natural ingredients, and healthy lifestyle products.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse customers and clearly explain product benefits.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing to drive product awareness and meet sales targets.
• Ability to deliver Training related to product knowledge and customer interaction techniques.
• Basic understanding of health, wellness, or nutrition is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in a retail or promotional environment and interacting with the public throughout the day.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with good time management and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in consumer products, FMCG, or natural/health products is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
