Leads the day-to-day marketing operation for Iowa Specialty Hospital & Clinics and translates organizational growth priorities into coordinated, measurable marketing campaigns. This role provides the management layer between executive strategy and campaign execution, with direct responsibility for media/vendor performance, contracts, campaign timelines, analytics, budget stewardship and team workflow.

• Lead execution of the annual integrated marketing plan across hospitals, clinics, service lines and geographic markets including advertising for Gabrielson Clinic for Women and all vendor communication.
• Oversee all medial marketing ensuring creative and timely content.
• Partner with Growth/operations to connect marketing campaigns with provider capacity, scheduling access, patient acquisition and utilization goals.
• Track marketing budgets, commitments and campaign-level spend; identify opportunities to reallocate resources based on performance.
• Maintain brand consistency and appropriate healthcare marketing/compliance standards across external campaigns.
• Prepare concise performance dashboards and updates for executive leadership and support Board-level reporting as needed.

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field; healthcare marketing experience preferred.
• Approximately 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated campaign/project leadership.
• Experience managing paid digital media, OTT/CTV, vendors/agencies, contracts and budgets.
• Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting campaign performance and making optimization recommendations.
• Strong project management, communication and leadership skills; able to manage multiple concurrent launches and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of digital analytics, social platforms, CRM/web measurement and healthcare privacy considerations.
