We are hiring a Fresher E-Commerce Business Analyst to support our online business operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in e-commerce, data analysis, and digital business strategies. The selected candidate will assist in analyzing business data, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve online sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce sales, traffic, and customer behavior data
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Track key performance indicators such as sales, conversion rate, and cart abandonment
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve website and marketplace performance
• Support requirement gathering and documentation
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for data analysis
• Maintain reports and dashboards using MS Excel or analytics tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, Engineering, or related fields)
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and online business models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is an added advantage
• Hindi speaking is mandatory
• Willingness to learn and grow in the e-commerce domain

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers or candidates with internship experience are welcome
• Interest in e-commerce, analytics, or digital marketing
• Ability to work with data and numbers
