What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a commercial marketer who is comfortable being accountable for pipeline and revenue contribution.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
B2B growth, demand generation or performance marketing experience
A track record of contributing to measurable pipeline creation
Experience developing multi-channel campaigns
Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and funnel measurement
Experience working closely with B2B sales teams
An analytical approach to marketing performance
Experience with account-based marketing or targeted account strategies
Confidence challenging existing approaches when data supports a different direction
Experience leading people, projects or agencies—or readiness to take that step
Experience in enterprise software, ERP, manufacturing technology or the food industry is valuable but not required.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have:
Built a clear North American growth marketing strategy
Defined priority audiences and target accounts
Established repeatable campaigns that generate sales opportunities
Improved alignment between marketing activity and the sales pipeline
Created transparent reporting from marketing investment through opportunity and revenue
Identified the channels that consistently produce commercial results
Developed the marketing function into a disciplined growth engine
How You’ll Be Measured
Your primary KPI is qualified pipeline growth.
Supporting measures include opportunity creation, conversion, target-account engagement, pipeline velocity and revenue contribution.
Metrics such as website traffic, impressions, followers, email opens and event attendance matter only when they help explain commercial performance. Activity alone is not success.
