🚀 We’re hiring: Senior Social Media & Video Content Specialist

📍 GTA / Burlington, ON | Hybrid/Remote

💰 Full-Time, Permanent

We’re partnering with an technology and automotive solutions company that is expanding into new markets and launching innovative new products, including an exciting robotics product line.

They’re looking for a hands-on content creator and social media strategist who can build their social presence and create compelling video and digital content across LinkedIn, YouTube, X and other social channels.

This is a newly created role with significant ownership. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the content strategy from the ground up while working directly with high-tech products.

What you’ll do

• Create, shoot and edit engaging video content
• Own social media strategy, content calendars and channel growth
• Turn complex technical products into compelling, accessible stories
• Use AI-powered video and creative tools to produce innovative content
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and creative workflows
• Explore automation and AI agents to make content production more scalable
• Track performance and use analytics to continuously improve content
• Take content from initial concept through creation, publishing and optimization

What we’re looking for

• Strong video/content creation portfolio
• Hands-on social media experience
• Experience with technology, AI, hardware, automotive, engineering, manufacturing or another high-tech industry
• Strong understanding of AI-powered creative and video tools
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities
• A creative, experimental mindset and genuine interest in emerging technology

Robotics experience is not required. What matters is your ability to understand complex technology and turn it into content people actually want to watch.

The role can be primarily remote, but you must be GTA-based and able to travel to Burlington as needed for product shoots, demonstrations and original content capture.
