Becker’s is looking for a senior B2B Growth Marketing Manager to lead integrated growth campaigns from planning and audience definition through launch, optimization, and performance measurement. In this role, you'll own the entire campaign lifecycle, translating business goals into compelling marketing programs that support demand generation, sales enablement, customer expansion, and new account acquisition. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop campaign strategies, guide content and creative development, coordinate execution, oversee quality assurance, and continuously improve results through testing and optimization.

GENERAL SUMMARY

The B2B Growth Marketing Manager leads integrated growth campaigns that drive customer acquisition, customer reactivation, and account expansion across Becker’s B2B audience. This role connects strategy, audience insights, channel planning, campaign execution, sales enablement, and performance measurement to support measurable growth goals.

This position works cross-functionally with executive leadership, marketing operations, ecommerce, creative, catalog, sales operations, customer service, and other customer-facing teams to translate business priorities into clear campaign plans and launch requirements, while providing recommendations for ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on B2B marketer with strong campaign management, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills who embraces the power of AI to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

This position is exempt from FLSA’s overtime requirements under the salary test and administrative exemption test.

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead integrated B2B growth campaigns from strategy and audience definition through execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Develop customer acquisition, reactivation, and account expansion campaigns, including audience segmentation, offers, channel strategy, and performance goals.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign planning, audience insights, content development, testing, quality assurance, and performance analysis.
  • Manage campaign execution, timelines, approvals, and quality assurance to deliver accurate, brand-aligned marketing programs.
  • Drive demand generation and conversion initiatives across digital channels, including lead generation, landing pages, customer journeys, and website optimization.
  • Partner with sales, ecommerce, customer service, and other cross-functional teams to support revenue growth, account expansion, and sales enablement efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer feedback, and business results to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and recommend improvements.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes, testing strategies, segmentation, reporting, and customer experience initiatives, including NPS-related programs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or integrated marketing; ecommerce, distribution, education, school supplies, or multi-channel B2B experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience owning campaigns from strategy and planning through execution, launch, measurement, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys, segmentation, lead generation, customer expansion, customer reactivation, nurture flows, and sales enablement needs.
  • Experience leading integrated marketing programs, audience segmentation strategies, campaign execution, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, email marketing, CRM, database marketing, web analytics, SEO, landing page optimization, reporting tools, and campaign performance measurement; Google Analytics experience preferred.
  • Strong project management, communication, and quality assurance skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, stakeholders, and shifting priorities.
  • Analytical mindset and sound business judgment, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Collaborative, accountable, and service-oriented approach with comfort operating in a growing, evolving marketing organization.
  • Ability to be a team player with collaborative approach and a strong customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and follow through.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Experience working in corporate marketing or at a marketing agency preferred.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs. For example, sometimes the person will lift boxes to review products.

Work Location

The duties of this position may be performed at the Pennsauken, New Jersey, building, partially remotely from a home office, or permanently remotely from a home office. Candidates must reside within Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Virginia to apply.

Working Conditions

In Pennsauken, New Jersey, the working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Travel, sometimes overnight, may occasionally be required but will rarely exceed 10% of work time.

Compensation

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, education, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law and business needs.
