About the Role

The Marketing & Digital Content Specialist develops, manages, and optimizes digital content across multiple platforms to strengthen brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Create digital content across web, social media, email, videos, screencasts, podcasts, and knowledgebase.
Collaborate with Dev Team to produce tutorial videos, product walkthroughs, and release content.
Plan and manage social media posts.
Optimize content using SEO best practices.
Track performance using analytics tools.
Collaborate across product, sales, design, and customer-facing teams.
Support marketing campaigns and maintain calendars/documentation.
Support paid/organic digital campaigns and light graphic design needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
2+ years of digital marketing or content creation.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Experience with social media platforms, CMS tools, SEO, and analytics.
Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic design tools.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
